These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 88xb platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By using any service through the 88xb website, mobile version, or application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

88xb is an online betting and casino platform providing entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. Our platform offers sports betting, casino games, slots, and various other gaming experiences. However, using these services requires compliance with the terms described below.

1 General Terms and Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the 88xb platform. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above. Accounts belonging to underage users will be immediately cancelled and all associated funds may be forfeited.

  • Valid proof of age is required at the time of registration.
  • We may request a national identity card or passport for age verification.
  • Providing a false age is a breach of these Terms and will result in account cancellation.

1.2 Geographic Applicability

88xb provides services to users in Bangladesh. You confirm that using online betting and gaming services is lawful in your area and that you are using this platform voluntarily.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not comply with these Terms, 88xb may suspend or cancel your account at any time.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account on 88xb. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person's name, all accounts will be immediately closed and any associated bonuses will be forfeited.

  • Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
  • If family members share the same device, our support team must be informed.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, mobile number — must be accurate and current. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

  • Change your password regularly.
  • Report any suspicious activity to us immediately.
  • Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

88xb currently supports the following payment methods:

Transactions made outside of the accepted methods will not be processed and 88xb will bear no responsibility in such cases.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The following limits apply to each transaction:

  • Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
  • Typical withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes

Withdrawal times may vary due to the verification process, banking hours, or other factors. We always aim to complete processing as quickly as possible.

3.3 Same Account Usage

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from the same mobile banking account used at the time of registration. Withdrawals requested from a different account may not be processed and may require additional verification.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

88xb complies with all applicable anti-money laundering policies. We reserve the right to complete identity verification (KYC) for large or suspicious transactions. If reasonable proof of the source of funds is not provided, the withdrawal process may be placed on hold.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to receive the bonus:

  • Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
  • The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
  • The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

  • Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Only one promotion may be claimed at a time.
  • 88xb reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
  • If a technical error results in the award of a bonus, it will be considered void.
  • Any account operated with the intent of exploiting bonuses will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

The 88xb VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers:

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
  • Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative. 88xb reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Limits

88xb sets minimum and maximum bet limits for various games and events. These limits may vary by game and are displayed on the relevant game page. 88xb reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

5.2 Settlement of Results

All bet results will be settled based on the official results of the relevant game provider. In the event of a dispute, 88xb's decision will be considered final. 88xb is not responsible for incorrect results displayed due to a technical error.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

The following conditions apply to sports betting:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn.
  • If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
  • Official results apply for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments.
  • In-play betting is available for a limited number of events.

6 Fair Play and Fraud Prevention

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88xb platform:

  • Placing bets using automated bots or software.
  • Claiming bonuses or promotions through unauthorised means.
  • Collusion (gaining an unfair advantage by using multiple accounts).
  • Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyber attack.
  • Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

6.2 Detection and Action

If fraud or unfair activity is detected, 88xb may take the following actions:

  • Immediately suspending or closing the relevant account.
  • Cancelling all bonuses and winnings associated with the account.
  • Notifying law enforcement authorities if necessary.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time. Before this request is processed, any pending transactions will be settled and the available balance will be returned to your registered payment method, excluding any bonus balance.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 88xb

88xb may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Providing false information or identity fraud.
  • Suspicion of fraud or unfair activity.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

If closed due to a terms violation, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Disruption

88xb always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however we are not liable if service is disrupted due to the following reasons:

  • Technical errors or server downtime.
  • Issues with third-party payment providers.
  • Internet connectivity loss.
  • Natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances (Force Majeure).

9.2 Gaming Losses

88xb is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming. All gaming is conducted entirely at the user's own risk. Please be aware of the risk of financial loss in betting and gaming.
